Tiffany has been a proud member of the Patent Bar since 2008. Her qualifications have been mastered by achieving a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, a Master of Science in Engineering Science, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at USF.
Her keen legal, scientific, and technical abilities have been applied in many innovation fields, including mechanical, life sciences, biotechnology, processes, electrical engineering, biomedical, bioengineering, formulations, automotive, aviation, and marine, with a focus on semiconductor, optics, nanoelectronics, AC and DC power circuits, LED, optical sheets, semiconductor manufacturing technology including CVD and photolithography, semiconductor IC fabrication, semiconductor device packaging, wafer processing, low power circuit design, memory architecture, signal processing, and ASIC/FPGA based design. Tiffany refined her skills by learning from top engineers and inventors in the field. She has spent years seeking out leading entrepreneurs worldwide, studying and operating with them to learn the skillful techniques that have led them to mind-boggling financial success. This self-motivated training enabled her to possess mastery in the technical construction of claim language, attention to detail during the specification drafting process, and prosecution of office action responses using a wide variety of strategies. Further, Tiffany is skilled in drafting patent applications that are focused on withstanding litigation and patent proceedings, which makes all the difference when it comes to enforcing your patents and overcoming patent validity challenges during patent enforcement proceedings. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and flying a Cessna-172 as a solo pilot. |
